The Importance of Anonymity in a Hiring Process

I think the first step I would tell anybody is like separate the idea of having bias from the idea of being a good person. Like everybody's got biases and we don't know what our, you know, our minds do all kinds of things. We find so many ways to justify our things to ourselves. And if people can get past that, then they can get past the idea that like, if I or anyone else behaves with bias, that doesn't make me a bad person. It means that I'm exhibiting bias that I need to correct for.
