The Data Team or the CDO?
The data team is the cheer leader and the tool kit provider. A great example of that executive sort of championing something, i i know of an executive at i b m who required in her monthly staff meetings that everybody who attended needed to show up with anser ation or a data point from their c m o dashboard. And she had that expectation of her staff. But you need, you need those executives in addition to the ceo because it's not going a mobilize if just the c d o is talking about it.
