Homeownership has fallen by 10% or more since the early 2000s. Right to buy hasn't helped more people in the long term get in the property ladder rents going up. We have obviously fewer social housing units. So if you want to be a private owner, occupier, it's harder than ever. If you want to get a social housing, it'sHarder than ever. And that's how we should judge, I think, public policy. It's only going to make things worse from here on in.
