Interaction and Institutionalization

Right lyke contrasts institution with interaction, like, institution is static and controlled from above. Interaction is nomadicad from below. How do you reconcile these things? And again, it is kind of like doing this thing. Were not insisting on the prefiguration entirely at this point. Im so kind of conceding that deckground that wew just ond we were just talking about. But there's some stuff here that's a bit kind of back and forth.
