The way we calculate the genetic contribution to intelligence gives a very misleading impression. Early childhood environment does very little, and early childhood education is useless. The race difference in ic is about 15 points between blacks and whites,. In origin, asians have a somewhat higher ic than people of european extraction. And that's probably partly genetic as well.
