I like our training environment to have a more joyful fiel than probably most traditional strengthing addition in coaches take on. I coach track and fielt as well, because i'm lucky to be in a high school setting where you can do both. That's the profession that i've wanted to be in all my life. So i want joy to be introduced in our warm up. I want smiles to beintroduced in our warm-up. Be careful with some of those movements there; they're not for everyone.
