On your ADHD, you got to pause. Take a look at your current eating habits. Do you make a list? What do you eat on a regular basis? How do you shop? What are those particular routines? And then once you do that, you try to solve for individual problems along the way. The other thing too, I also want to emphasize, most people don't realize organization is a lot of work. It's exceptionally time consuming.
