Your Business Is a Separate Thing From You
Wicks: See your business as a separate entity, like your taking care of a child. If they're not doing their job and serving your business, it's very clinical. You need to make sure that every decision i make serves those people and, course, ultimately myself. Wicks: The whole point of having an enterprise is to allow people to have income,. yourself, team members, consultants, whatever. So if you're not making decisions for the best the company goes down, everybody loses.
