i think one of the best things about the book was the the neuro plan spectrum. It's the this spectrum of food by which you can visually see where you should be concentrating your diet towards. And it's things that we've mentioned, beans, nuts, lagoons, et cetera. I wanted to go back tot one of the points of difference, i think, between yourselves and perhaps some other physicians that are fully plant based like yourselves. Some people say you shouldn't be having any oil on your diet, whatoever,. whereas you're you'e a ile bit more moderate withwithwith olife oil.
