I'd love to hear also like knowing that you've been a lifelong athlete and knowing that you know like you were a really good Nordic ski or grown up and then a runner obviously. Like how your mom has maybe supported you through that journey now in your sort of mid 30s and still out there crushing it as a trail runner which I'm sure neither of you would have ever imagined when you were a little girl she yeah both my parents were always so supportive of any any sport we wanted to try but my mom would always then try it with me, especially cross-country skiing.
