In certain neighborhoods in baltimore, the first drug kids are exposed to is heroine. And they don't use alcohol or marana. That's ta first drug. Because it also depends on availability. Most people that use canabis won't end up using other drugsd. But we need to do a better job of sensibly regulating and mitigating the harms of them in our communities.
