The Effects of Alcohol on Hummingbirds
In most cases where they examined the quantity of ethanol present in naturally occurring nectar, it was far less than 1%. But what this means is that hummingbirds have kind of a tolerance up to a certain point of how much nectar they're willing to consume. Not yet clear if they have a preference for it or if they seek it out. I don't mess with anything, you know, 3.2 or lower.
