Is There a Barrier to Diversity in Engineering?
An engineer knows their function and role. I don't think anyone necessarily intends to hide that from them. If you're not working with a team who's open to that type of thought, then it becomes very tough to influence or or help themin any one type of way. The second aspect is to be able to question. Being able to go through experiences, reflect and question on the processes in which your using allows you to continuously learn about things. And this is more along the lines of learning through experience. With a focus on quality, we can improve our systems. We can improve in the way that we collaborate.
