I see nothing wrong with the imitation. It's interesting. My kids and wife, they're really not interested in fake hamburger. The idea that mushrooms are some substitute for beef is just is offensive to mushrooms and beef. You get you get served so many portobello mushrooms when people hear you're a vegetarian, that you almost want to go slaughter a cow yourself. And yes, there is a big, big scene out there. There's a lot of great cookbooks out there. They are blogging. I think it's great. But my own personal issue is where I fit in because I don't fit the part.
