The Importance of Exercise in Aging

As I've gotten older I appreciate the value of social interaction of keeping my mind stimulated. More than ever I feel it's it's paramount that people are able to get out there and exercise for the psychological well-being not just their physical. In older athletes one of my PhD students David Giv G E R D when he carries people to look up some of his work he's shown that in older athletes the same occurs Older athletes have much better scores in each of those four domains than non athletes.
