How to Relax After a Busy Day

So you lay your head on the big squishy cushion. You see a nice soft fluffy blanket draped over the back of the sofa and you snuggle down feeling your body relaxing from your busy, busy day. So beginning with your feet allow them to relax and go a little bit floppy. Now tense all of the muscles in your body including your head and your neck and hold that tension as tight as you can. Hold it tight now and relax. Let your whole body go limp again. Your eyes are so very heavy now and you can't open them. How does your body feel right now? It's perfectly calm, perfectly relaxed and ready for sleep.
