Are the Gatekeepers Men in Comedy?

I think what's quite weird is we're in a weird transitional stage where there is an excitement about the fact that women are funny now, says Rosie Holt. On the one hand you've got an explosion of female talent but also sometimes I wonder, it's irritating, she adds. If you could change the world in any way, how would you change it? More comedians and less oligarchs in the House of Lords. Or people can listen to each other better without reaching for words like snowbags or workies.
