The state of vermont was offering people to move there. They were giving had money. This might have been pr pandemic, i think yet pre pandemic. It can be done right lay we do it and start help attract that' where all the tect companies attract talent. If in a tight labor market, you're going to take the options where you could have a multi million dollar pay out when you're forty, verses when you're 65. So, at least for me personally, anyway.
