The Importance of Uncertainty

If you see someone who's reacting way in excess of what the situation would demand or ask for, chances are they're in an age regression. So uncertainty is one of those things that we avoid at all costs. I have a friend right now whose father just passed away and she was really struggling with the relief she was feeling at his passing. She said it reminded her of a time in her childhood where it was very uncertain. It's your resistance to both feeling the negative of him passing away and feeling the positive of having some relief that now his suffering is over.
