Automated Services - The New Frontier in Productivity

We were always destined to see machines taking your order at macdonald's and scanning your items at the grocery store. But the worse it's become to have workers, the faster we're seeing those replacements. We've also got an important bifercation happening here, where essentially the peasants get a i, and the elites get personal assistance. I get a little of each, at least for now, but i'm not sure how much longer that will last. The transition between kind of automated peasant level service and high enda white glove service is becoming much sharper.
