The Difference Between Robot and Artificial Intelligence

In Dallas shooting the robot lacked any ability to make any kind of independent decision. It was an unmanned vehicle and the decision was made by the police. And technically that robot what now I'm just let's you know taking a step back technically the robot wasn't designed to harm people. No. Right I mean that's just like I don't know it just it doesn't feel like a robot yet.
