Should We Always Shoot Down Balloons?

CNN's John Sutter asks whether the U.S. government is keeping him in the dark about possible Chinese balloons over North America. He says based on what he has heard, these are likely weather balloons that carry Wi-Fi transceivers. "I take the White House at their word when they say they spent a lot of time flying around these things to determine that they're not weapons platforms," Sutter adds.
