The US and Russia Are Still Complying With the Limits of the Nuclear Arms Control Treaty
Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Raabkov said that Russia had not received any proposal from the US on resuming arms control talks. Both sides have said they will continue complying with the treaty's limits and new start caps the deployment of nuclear warheads for both sides at 1,550. Biden has ordered his administration to begin sharing evidence of alleged Russian war crimes committed in Ukraine with the International Criminal Court (ICC)
