Newman has long been a champion of this arm of his business, partly because of his time spent in a cabets in israel when he was younger. The idea of co living in a commune type space appealed to him and i he was trying to do that with we work. So now he's going to do it with apartments. I don't think it's the worst idea ever. They really don't. This doesn't have to work. It just has to be able to be sold to the public. For many of these people, increased screen time and reduced in person into action will cause challenges that are not just limited to work,. such as alienation and loneliness.
