i really thought retrievers would come out as much more human sociable than other breeds. One thing that i came away from that was there's more retrievers out there who aren't all that syces about people. And, you know, not that english shepherds are known to be like, massively aloof,. That's more of a golden retriever breed characteristic. There's a lot of goldens who really love people. But then there's my English shepherd who must have kissed 20 people at one nosework trial and he didn't do it for the right reasons.
