San Francisco Drug Addiction Campaign
The campaign cost 25 thousand dollars and was paid for by a mother's support group called mothers against drug deaths. The bill boards were in protest at san francisco's liberal policies towards drug use, which have turned entire areas of the city into an open air drug market. As there was increasing press coverage of this campaign, journalists descended on the city to report back what they had seen.
