I don't think, I don't think of it as there's something that pushes me to do it. That's just who I am and that's what I have to do. One of the places we succeed in the tribe when we get people to this place you're at is where you find out who you are and what you do. You create a value by expressing exactly who you are not pretending to be somebody else. Congratulations for being there. It'd be a different world if everybody could get there.
