Nobel Laureate Paul Krugman joins Bloomberg to discuss the state of the economy amid the ongoing shutdown. He says the US has the worst consumer sentiment basically ever, and that the President's idea of sending out checks is a terrible idea and deeply irresponsible.  He speaks with hosts Romaine Bostick and Katie Greifeld.
