The Confusion of Pastors and Elders

Mark Burke: We all agree pastors and elders are the same thing, right? I assume we're all in agreement there. Yes. Okay. And do you encourage your church to call them one thing or the other? They have an encouraged cars one way or another but they generally call all of the elders pastors. That's what they prefer to all them.
