You're going to want to prepare way more than you do probably for a smaller bid because it's a bigger deal. The biggest key takeaway here is as long as you solve their pain points, you should win the contract. And then when I say polished, Yeah, you got to have something other than a written notepad or a plain Google Doc that's just typed up in regular black and white letters.
