You need to do your work during the work day. Part of the problem with meetings is that people want to show up at the meeting cause they get face time, because there's a promotion obsession. And then you have this peanut gallery of time wasters in a meeting. You want to make sure that doesn't happen. I feel like some of these meetings he still haventill i wake up and my calendar, like i don't like to have an agenda,. It's really important to me.
