If you're feeling disorganized or anxious attachment, get a therapist. Remember that caring for yourself is caring for the relationship and in turn for the other person. Self-abandoning behavior like putting the other person's needs versed or more in disorganized or in an anxious attachment style? I mean, I see it more in anxious, but it definitely happens in disorganized. Unfortunately, we're kind of out of time, even though we're really wow. There is so much to talk about with attachment stuff.
