The Biggest Mistake I Make With Dynamic Pricing
People who do not use a dynamic pricing tool and just try to manually price their entire year, youre leaving money on the table. Using an external pricing tool like price labs, our income went up 20 % just when we switched over from manual pricing to using price labs. The biggest mistake that i see is people trying to launch too soon after closing. Give yourself a buffer between your closed date and your launch day. Do not try to to butt those two ride up against each other, because that is playing with fire.
