Carter: I think the setup is, if you really want to play it, you wait for a break in the trend line to the upside. And then you buy it on strength. Is this somewhat counterintuitive as that sound? So I'd like to buy this on the way up and set it the way down. In order for this to be meaningful and, you know, meaningful like we're in the next leg higher, potentially, we got to get a close above 1850-1900. We are light years away from that.
