The CIA bought the world's supply of LSD from Albert Hoffman, who synthesized it in Switzerland right around the same time. The only missing link in this is that this guy was in Switzerland. I don't know what the connection is, why he was in Switzerland, if the CIA or the British intelligence had any connections to Switzerland or to the lab that he was in. Now I have my guesses here, because again, remember everything the CIA says is a lie.
