Fire rages near Halifax: "Their house was already burning"

Introduction
Firefighters are struggling to contain an out of control fire in Upper Tintalen and many homes have been engulfed by flames. Vacuation orders are in place for several areas in the Halifax region. Fire is still burning but we had a shift in the wind direction last night that has brought the fire back onto itself. So I don't know if it's growing at the same pace that it was before but it certainly has been a great deal. This is the big story. We're speaking at noon on Monday.
