I'm so fascinated by the double standard. We have a certain pedestal that we put women founders on, and then we're really excited to watch them fall. It's like men have created uncomfortable work ments and also been praised for it. And i am ready to get a lot of criticism for what i'm doing. I think ultimately, you just have to care and really believe that you're doing a good thing.
