The Fake Name of Joel Bill Caulk
Police traced phone calls from Nikki and Robert Cleveland's home. They trace the calls to a home in Booth Bay Harbor. The man who lived there was this William John Meskis, a.k.a. Joel Bill caulk. But investigators in Maine in 1981 didn't know that that was a fake name. Right. So he's living in Maine since May of 1981 as William Meskis. And he's only in Maine for a couple months before he abducts and kills this poor woman.
