Isopropal Alcohol on a 19 Dollar Polishing Cloth?

How am i supposed to use the 70 % isopropal alcohol? Doi? Should i? I suppose to apply a, a dab of it to this polishing cloth. They describe it hard to remove smudges. Can you and then can you wash that thing? Doesn't stay. It's getting to the pointwher i've probably washed, cleaned the screen off too many times with them. And and now i'm just wetting gunk and putting it back on. So i may have to bite the bullet pretty soon and do that.
