The Importance of Listening to Your Team

There's always somebody that doesn't think that they know better. If you've got a team that's really pushing back about not wanting to participate in the creativity stuff, no problem. Leave them alone. They will come back and forcing them at a time when they're not ready to participate is just going to cause you lot of pain and discomfort.
