The Loneliness of the Indian Woman
In your book you write about the gentleman who was boasting about his daughter. He said she is so modest that she has never raised her eyes to look at a man. You also talk about how you and your sister normal always raise their eyes and looked at men no issues there. It strikes me that number one i think more women today will raise their eyes like that and look at men. Women have frames through which they can make sense of what is going on around them, says Ravi Agrawal.
