How to Prevent or Fix a Toxic Workplace Culture

Leaders need to understand secrets, including their own. Create trust and empathy with staff so that they feel safe enough to share their secrets. Respect people's feelings and preferences, especially when it comes to physical contact. Take it to your leadership coach or use some self coaching questions. Number nine, invest in managers. And number 10, hire an expert.
