How to Deal With Jet Lag

Yuki: I find that food is a way of getting around jet lag, isn't it? You know, your energy levels are down and you just go for that. One solution is just maybe exercising the morning to wake your body up. Normally also in Italy or normal time, I also exercise in the morning rather than afternoon. That kind of normal routine kicks my brain up.
