Running a Half Marathon - What Do You Think?

You want to put on compression socks and socks, not sleeves. Sleeves are great, but not after this distance. You really want something that's going to help the blood get from your toes all the way back up to your heart. When you wear the compression sleeves, blood tends to cool down below the ankle. If you have a pair of compression socks, I recommend putting them on after your shower.
