Is There a Dual Operating Model for Risk Management?

In modern leadership, we're actually able to use all that knowledge to create just better organizations. I have a funny anecdote. One of my former colleagues worked for a large research organization and doing some pretty sophisticated design work. And anyway he made a mistake in some software that he was writing, and then ended up costing the company millions of dollars. The manager said, Oh no, I wouldn't fire you I just spent a million dollars to have you learned that lesson. You know we need to share that with other people.
