How to Find Opportunities and What Works for People?
In terms of finding opportunities, or less teiinfing identifying problems and marrying them to high impact. One very tactical approach i've used in the past is a combination of jobs to be done and this exercise called the hundred dollar bill exercise. Getting users to actually give us input on relative problems and how relatively important they so getting them to actually make some trade off themselves.
