How to Consolidate Speaking Rolls in a Fantasy Script

There is not a single person in Willow who speaks only once. If a character is speaking, even like lug, lug has like six lines. My point is there's only 22 speaking rolls in Willow as epic as it is. And each of those people speaks four, five, six times. So they gave, they earned their place to have a speaking role in the story.
