If you're doing a split squat, the weight is going to be over the front heel because that's where your ribcage is. To get through the midfoot, something's got to be forward over the knee. It's interesting to equate that to a PCL and the forces in the front versus the back. Once an athlete can do that and think things are adequate there, when are they done with that?
