How to Create Adventure Hooks for Monoliths
Drop adventure hooks that are areas you actually want the characters to go. Three is always a good option. You can still say when you're in a city like Waterdeep, there's still only certain ways you want to go. If you have control over your adventure, you can make sure that the adventures that you're running are contained to one or two districts. And something else you can do is like have a notable landmark in each district to remind them what this district is like.
