In your book, you mentioned that at various points you were about to give up. So please tell us a little bit more about the obstacles andhow you overcame them. We have to prepare ourselves mentally for the fact that there were going to be days, sometimes weeks, when we don't appear to be getting anywhere at all. Never completely replace human translators and interpreters. It's going to take a long time, if ever, before computers can do that.
